Making room for each other

Community needs a little more intention than we tend to give it.

I think a sense of community deserves a larger place in how we organize our lives. It is easy to stay connected to everyone and still feel like nobody expects you to show up.

At Grebel, a weekly game, a shared meal, or helping someone set up an event can become a small reason to keep returning. None of it is dramatic. The repetition is the point.

A place to spend an afternoon together.

I want to make more of those reasons: invite someone, learn their name, help with the unglamorous part, and do it again next week. Belonging gets stronger when we practice it.
